Congratulations to Zach Daigle, Chief Strategy and Customer Officer at Cisive, on his re-election to the Velocity Network Foundation (VNF) Board of Directors. This will be Zach’s third term on the Board of VNF.

Zach Daigle has 22 years of compliance, credentialing and background screening experience, which has provided him a deep understanding of the traditional resume verification processes, as well as how the talent screening industry has evolved over 2 decades.

In his current role, he works with some of the largest and most highly regulated healthcare systems, financial services organizations and transportation businesses, to assist them with implementing comprehensive and high-efficacy workforce compliance programs. Zach has extensive expertise in primary source license credentialing, criminal background investigations, employment and education verifications, and federal and state sanction screening. He has led and contributed to the development of products and services that are helping to transform the way that employers reduce liability, ensure patient safety, mitigate risk and reduce the time it takes to onboard talent.

Zach has been a member of the Professional Background Screeners Association (PBSA) since 2004, which is the industry’s leading accreditation and standards organization. He has been a Licensed Private Investigator in the state of Texas since 2003 and holds licenses in NJ and NV.

Over the past 6 years Zach has been heavily involved with the self-sovereign identity and digital, verifiable career credentials movement in the U.S. healthcare market. Beyond serving on the VNF Board of Directors, Zach is actively engaged on U.S. Healthcare Cluster Adoption and the Education Cluster Adoption committees. Under Zach’s leadership Cisive was the first node operator, first CRA to become a notary issuer and inspector on the Velocity Network.

Speaking of his election to the Board, Zach said:

““I am truly honored to serve on the Velocity Network Foundation Board and to continue collaborating with our members and fellow board colleagues to bring the vision of verifiable digital credentials to life. The value this transformation brings to every stakeholder in the talent ecosystem is unmistakable, and we stand at a pivotal and energizing moment in its global adoption. I am deeply committed to championing the interests of job seekers, students, employers, and talent screening organizations as we design and scale a new paradigm for how trusted, verifiable career credentials are issued, owned, shared and authenticated.”
